Lesson #10

Acceptance-Rejection

It's man's choice. Salvation or Damnation. It's man's choice. Heaven or Hell. You know, it's man's choice, yours. It's no others. Whatever it be, it lasts for eternity.

    Focus:

Read: Romans 10:9-13 Whosover shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acceptance of salvation is calling upon the Lord with the Mind and the Heart.

John 1:12-13 To as many as received Him (Jesus Christ). Acceptance includes reception of Jesus as Savior.

John 3:1-7 Ye must be born again. Personal acceptance of the Christ of the Gospel. His death, burial, and resurrection, on your behalf, makes you "born again" and an instant recipient of God's everlasting salvation and everlasting presence in your life.

John 3:18,36 He that believeth on the Son and he that believeth not on the Son.

II Thess. 1:7-10 That obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Rejection of the Lord brings damnation and the wrath of God. Is there any other choice?

Question: The clear and proper choice is not only obvoious but rewarding. What verses emphatically imply this?

    Personal Response:

    Explain what born again means:

Explain how one can be saved and born into God's family:

Explain: Why do some reject and some accept God's offer of salvation to man? What about you?

Scripture Assurance: John 6:37 - All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Scripture Memory: Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement.
